Our Valet Trash Collection Process

  • Step 1: Residents Prepare Their Waste

    Each scheduled day before 8pm the residents will simply place their tied trash bag(s) inside the provided Service Nexus trash bin. This step is also for the recycling collection if the property is under The Enhance Package or The Elite Package.

  • Step 2: Convenient Doorstep Placement

    Residents then will place their Service Nexus trash bin (and recycling bin, if applicable) outside the front door of their apartment between the times of 5:oopm - 8:00pm.

  • Step 3: Discreet Evening Collection

    Our professional, uniformed Service Nexus team member will quietly and efficiently collect the trash bags in the trash bins (and recycling bags in the recycling bins, if applicable) directly from the residents doorstep.

  • Step 4: Centralized Disposal & Property Cleanliness

    Our Service Nexus team member will transport all collected waste to your property’s designated dumpsters or compactors. In addition, we ensure these areas will remain tidy, reducing overflow and unsightly messes.

  • Step 5: Residents Retrieve Their Bin(s)

    By 9:00am the next morning, residents will simply retrieve their empty Service Nexus bin(s) and bring it back inside their apartment.

  • Violations \ Charges

    - Any waste not tied, bagged, and inside the bin(s) will not be collected.

    - Residents will be allowed 2 trash bin replacements ( 2 recycling bin replacements, if applicable) if damaged or lost. But will be charged $35 for trash bin and $30 for recycling bin on 3rd replacement.

  • Information Regarding Inclement Weather

    In the event of inclement weather, we have a clear protocol to ensure both safety and the continuation of your valet trash service whenever possible. We will resume normal collection as soon as conditions are safe for our team and accessible for our vehicles. In addition, we will send a confirmation once service is back on schedule.

  • How You'll Be Notified:

    - We continuously monitor local weather conditions. If severe weather is anticipated or occurs, we will notify you promptly via email or text message.

    - Notifications will include details on any service delays, cancellations, or specific instructions for your property.

  • If Service Is Affected:

    - For Delays: We will provide an updated estimated collection window.

    - For Cancellations: Please advise residents not to place trash bins outside their doors. We typically allow double-bagging on the next scheduled collection night to accommodate for the missed service.
