Items that are exceptionally heavy for their size, such as concrete, dirt, rocks, bricks, large amounts of tile, or excessive amounts of solid wood, require more effort to load and often incur higher disposal fees due to their weight.

Some items cannot be disposed of through standard methods and require specialized processing. This includes appliances containing refrigerants (e.g., refrigerators, freezers, and AC units), vehicle tires, older large-screen CRT TVs, and hazardous waste materials (e.g., paints, chemicals, fuels).Please inquire about this during your estimate.

If your junk removal project involves significant extra labor, such as extensive sorting of mixed materials, dismantling very large items, or challenging access (e.g., items located up multiple flights of stairs, far from where our truck can park, or in tight, difficult-to-reach spaces), a labor surcharge will apply.
